Afurnishing material manufacturer in Jiangsu Province has been doing business witha US importer since 2008. InJuly 2009, based on the negotiation, the manufacturer allowed the importerto pay 10% in advance and the restwill be paid75 -days after Bill of Lading.

After receiving the prepayment, the manufacturer arranged the production and delivered the $120,000 goods inSeptember.

On due date, however,the importerfailed topay the balance due to its financial problems.  Several attempts of emails and calls for collection, the importer agreed to pay the balanceby installment. 6 months later, the manufacturer received thepartial payment, but did not showany intention from the importerto pay the balance.  As a last resort, the manufacturer decided to turn to JRF for collection. Via JRF’s professional collection services, the manufacturer has obtained the balance.
